A tracking number follows

If your Cognizil order does not arrive
Start with the tracking number in your order email. Most delivery problems are a carrier problem rather than a seller problem, and the tracking page will usually say which.
If the tracking has not updated for several days, or shows delivered when nothing arrived, email [email protected] with your full name, the email you ordered with, and the order ID. Those three things are what any query needs.
If the parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening anything, including the outer box. If a bottle's safety seal is broken or missing, do not take it. The label is explicit on that point.
The guarantee runs 180 days from the order date, not from the delivery date. A slow delivery therefore eats into the window, which is another reason to raise a delivery problem early rather than waiting.
Returns ship to a different address
Deliveries come from the seller's fulfilment, but returns go to 880 Third Avenue, Floor 13, New York, NY 10022, which is not the office address at 10 East 40th Street. Sending bottles to the wrong address is the most common way a valid refund claim gets stuck. Return shipping is paid by the buyer and a tracked service is advised.

Can I ship to a work address?
Nothing prevents it. A glass bottle parcel that sits in an unattended lobby is a risk worth weighing, and the label asks you to keep the product away from heat.
Will it survive a hot delivery truck?
The label says keep away from heat, light and humidity. A day in transit is not the same as a month on a windowsill, but bring the parcel in promptly in summer.
Does it need a signature?
Not published. If a signature matters to you, ask when you order rather than after.
Can I combine two orders?
Not published, and unlikely once the first has a tracking number. Email us before placing a second one.
What if I ordered the wrong pack?
Email us immediately with the order ID. Before dispatch this is usually simple. After dispatch it becomes a guarantee claim instead.
Why we will not estimate the shipping cost
It would be easy. Nearly every page in this category prints a figure, and almost nobody checks it against the checkout.
We will not, for the same reason we do not print a struck-through regular price. A number invented on a website is a small lie, and a site that tells a small lie about postage is telling you what it will do with a larger one about a dose.
The practical answer is to click through to the order page, where the cost is shown before you pay, and come back if it is not what you expected. Nothing on this site takes payment, so there is no risk in looking.
