Claim early rather than late
Day 150 leaves a month of margin for a return in the post. Day 179 leaves none, and the window is measured from the order date, not the postmark.
The formal terms, written in plain sentences, with the parts most policies bury printed in the open.
Refunds on Cognizil packs bought through this site are governed by a 180-day money-back guarantee counted from the order date. A claim starts with an email to [email protected] carrying your full name, the email you ordered with and the order ID. Bottles return to 880 Third Avenue, Floor 13, New York, NY 10022 at your cost, with tracking advised. The seller issues the credit 3 to 5 business days after receiving the return, and a card takes a further 5 to 10 days to show it.
This policy covers packs of Cognizil bought through cognizildaily.com. It does not cover bottles bought from a marketplace listing, a third-party reseller or any site other than this one, because we cannot refund an order we never took.
The window is 180 days and it is counted from the date of your order. Not from delivery, and not from the day you opened the first bottle. Your order email carries the date that matters.
No minimum amount of product has to be used and no maximum is set. The claim is made against the order, using the order ID.
Email [email protected]. Put your full name, the email address on the order and the order ID in the message. A subject line of Refund and your order ID is enough.
We reply with the returns address and confirm what is needed. Ask at this point whether opened bottles are accepted, and keep the answer in writing.
Send to 880 Third Avenue, Floor 13, New York, NY 10022. You pay the postage. Use a tracked service. Keep the tracking number until the credit appears.
3 to 5 business days after the return is received. The credit goes back to the payment method used on the order, which is the only method a card processor allows.
A further 5 to 10 days for a card statement to show it. If it has not appeared after that, write to us with the tracking number and the date you were told the credit was issued.
| Item | Who pays | Refunded? |
|---|---|---|
| Product price | You paid it on the order | Yes, in full |
| Original shipping cost | You paid it at checkout | Not published either way. Ask when you open the claim |
| Return postage | You | No |
| Tracking on the return | You | No |
| Sales tax | You paid it at checkout | Follows the refund of the product price |
Two of the five rows cost you money that does not come back. That is normal for a money-back guarantee and it is not usually printed this plainly. A six-bottle return is a heavy parcel, so price the postage before deciding.
A claim made after 180 days from the order date. The window is the window.
An order placed somewhere other than this site. Write to the seller you actually bought from, because they hold your order record.
A parcel returned to the wrong address. Returns go to 880 Third Avenue, Floor 13, New York, NY 10022. The office address on 10 East 40th Street is not a returns address.
A return sent without a tracking number that never arrives. We cannot credit a parcel that cannot be traced, which is why tracking is advised rather than optional in practice.
A damaged or seal-broken bottle on arrival is a different process, not a guarantee claim. Photograph it, do not take it, and email us the same day.
If a refund goes wrong, write to us before opening a card dispute. A chargeback takes longer than the process above, freezes the claim while the bank investigates, and can end with less money than a straightforward return would have returned. Email [email protected] with your order ID and the tracking number first.

Until the credit appears on your statement. It is the only proof that the parcel arrived, and it is the first thing we will ask for if anything stalls.
Replying in the same thread keeps the order ID, the returns confirmation and the tracking number in one place for both of us.
The bottles, the box and the label. Thirty seconds, and it settles any question about what was in it.
Returns go to 880 Third Avenue, Floor 13. The 10 East 40th Street address is the office and is not set up to receive returns.
It is not required and it does not affect the refund. It does tell us whether a page on this site set the wrong expectation, which is worth knowing.
A 180-day guarantee is three times the category norm and it is not generosity for its own sake.
This is a product whose reported window is four to eight weeks and whose largest pack is a six-month supply. A sixty-day guarantee on a 180-day pack would expire with four bottles still in the box, which would be a guarantee in name only.
It also sets an honest incentive. A seller with a long return window is punished for selling to people the product does not suit, which is exactly the outcome a dosage table and a complaints section are designed to avoid.
The trade-off is that it only works if it is used in good faith, which is why the terms ask for an order ID and a return rather than taking a claim on trust alone.
You do not have to justify a claim inside the window, and you do not have to have finished the bottles. If you have taken it for eight weeks and nothing has changed, that is the situation this guarantee exists for, and it is better for both sides than a cupboard full of bottles and a grudge.
When we confirm what to send and where, keep that reply. It is the record of what you were asked to do, and it is the fastest way to settle any later question about whether a return was handled correctly.
If you are claiming on two separate orders, open two email threads. Order records are keyed individually and a single message covering both is the most common way one of them gets missed.
Two bottles covers the four to eight week window buyers describe. Six bottles is $1.63 a day and the 180-day guarantee covers the whole supply.

The seller states 3 to 5 business days to issue the credit once the return is received, then a further 5 to 10 days for it to appear on a card.
You do, and a tracked service is advised so the parcel can be traced. Return postage is not refunded, so a guarantee claim is never completely free.
The guarantee is written against the order, not against unopened stock, and the seller asks for your name, email and order ID rather than for sealed bottles. Confirm the condition requirement in writing before you ship anything back.
Yes. A tracking number arrives in the order email. Keep that email, because the order ID in it is what a refund claim needs.
Nothing in the seller's material mentions a subscription, an auto-ship or a trial that converts into a charge. You buy a pack once.
