Cognizil Daily collects two kinds of information: what you send us when you email or order, and anonymous measurements of how pages are used. We do not sell personal information. Order details are shared only with the parties needed to fulfil, charge and deliver an order. You can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for a correction or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected].

It does not cover the checkout pages you reach after clicking a buy button, which are operated by the order processor and carry their own policy. It does not cover any other website that links here.

The single most important row is payment details. This website does not take payments and never sees a card number. Buy buttons hand you to the order processor, and your card details are given to them and not to us.
Cookies and measurement
This site is built as static pages. It sets no advertising cookie, runs no advertising pixel and builds no profile of you for targeting.
Anonymous measurement tells us which pages are read, how far down them people get and which links are followed. That is how we learn that a section is not answering the question it promises to answer. None of it identifies you.
Your browser also stores ordinary things on its own account: the page you were on, your back history, anything you typed into a form. We do not read those and cannot.
If you follow a link to the order page, the processor may set its own cookies to remember your basket. That happens on their site under their policy, and we do not control it.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to other supplement companies.
Order information is shared only with the parties needed to complete what you asked for: the order processor that takes payment, the fulfilment operation that packs and ships, and the carrier that delivers. Each gets the minimum needed to do its part.
We would also share information where the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal order. That has not happened, and if it did we would tell you unless the order forbade it.
We will never pass your email to another company so that they can market to you. If you receive marketing from a third party claiming to know about your Cognizil order, it did not come from us and we would like to hear about it.
Your rights over your information

Ask for a copy
You can ask for the actual records rather than a summary. Same address, same timescale.
Ask for a correction
If something is wrong, tell us and we will change it. A misspelled name on an order is the most common example.
Ask us to delete it
We will delete what we can. We cannot delete a record we are legally required to keep, such as a completed sale, and we will tell you which those are.
Ask us to stop emailing
We do not run a marketing list, so the only emails you get from us are replies to you. Say stop and we will.
Complain
Tell us first, because we can usually fix it faster than anyone else can. If we cannot, you can raise it with your state attorney general's office.
How information is kept safe
The website is served over an encrypted connection, which is the padlock in your browser. That protects what travels between your device and the pages you read.
Email is the weaker link, and it always is. Email is not end-to-end encrypted by default, so please do not send us anything that does not need to be in an email. We will never ask you for a card number, a bank detail or a password, and any message that does is not from us.
We keep order-related email for as long as the guarantee window can still be used against it, because a refund claim at day 179 needs the record from day one. After that it moves into ordinary business records.
We do not store card details, because we never have them.
Children
This product is not for anyone under 18, and this site is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who sees it, the last-updated date at the top of this page moves forward and the change is described here. A policy that quietly changes without a date change is not one you should trust, on this site or on any other.
State privacy rights
Several US states now give residents specific rights over personal information, including the right to know what is collected, the right to a copy, the right to correction and the right to deletion.
We apply those rights to everyone who writes to us, regardless of which state they live in, because operating two standards would be more work than operating one.
We do not sell personal information, so the right to opt out of a sale has nothing to act on here. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, because we do no advertising of that kind.

Why this policy is short
A privacy policy is long when a company collects a lot. This site takes no payments, runs no advertising, sets no advertising cookie, keeps no marketing list and builds no profile of you. What is left is the email you send us and anonymous page measurements, and describing that honestly does not take ten thousand words.
